Yes it is. The cooking of the rice is a unique process. Having the eye to know the best cut from the best available fish. the ppreparation, the observation of the chef to please his customers.
with this particular story, it goes beyond sushi. This man's dedication just happens to be with sushi. But yeah, anyone who enjoys sushi would probably prefer his over wal mart pre packaged.
