No kidding, I believe it was 110+ degrees (on the pitch) for the Spain - S. Korea match in Dallas (1994).
I don´t think College Station´s stadium as represented in that rendering, looks wide enough.

We have plenty of stadiums around the US to host without any improvements. Mentioning just Texas goes to show how much more superior the US would be than Qatar.
