Do yall realize that those crappy home games make it easier for us to win NC's right? We could play no one big at all and still make the NC if we win out in the SEC.

Maybe or we could drop a game in the SEC and still make it to the NC because of our OOC schedule.

Believe it or not, I love the actual football games, not just aspiring to win a national title. Beating a quality OOC opponent is its own reward for those of us who love the game itself, not just whether our team does or doesn't win it all that year.
Secondarily, playing a good team OOC can go a long way toward separating teams with the same record vying for a spot in the title game (or playoff). See 2007 in which LSU's win over Va. Tech figured prominently in the Tigers getting the nod.
