Everytime I have been at Lil Gem's, its empty. They did a beautiful job on the build-out, but I fear its just a bad location. If it was closer to Frenchman, it would probably do much better. Went about 2 months ago to go see Billy Iuso on a Friday night and there were 2 couples downstairs eating, and only 5 of us upstairs. I realize its summertime, but that's abysmal.
