I'm not deflecting shite. I've my thoughts on the article and I stand by them. The guy who wrote the piece is a dickbag that said that a current LSU player would be better off leaving the team.

Not really. The discussion centered around the writer's intent and not a player. The player and his name are irrelevant to the discussion.

The writer may not have been suggesting a transfer, but at best he just has a poor understanding of how to use the terms attrition and avenue.

Couldn't he have just said "Magee may have to wait his turn"? To me using "avenue" means some action he himself would have to take.
