I'm all for gun rights. I just don't see how this is a good thing.

The gun laws now are entirely too strick but you have to have some sort of checks and balances. Lets not fool ourselves.

It's certainly going to enable Darwin's theory of natural selelction to have a wide testing ground...

I think its interesting in that it effectively takes money out of the gun industry and also the gun lobby. I'd have to imagine that all of the major gun manufacturers are against this unless they think there will be money to be made licensing designs or software somewhat like McAfee or Norton Antivirus on your pc.
