82 players did not fail a drug test. That was an exaggeration by Tanner Brock as illustrated by records released by the university and by his probation report.
The decision to reinstate Fields or not is dependent on Campus Life, not Patterson. Patterson has zero influence on Campus Life.
The fail is your coach even commenting about it. It's Busch League at best.
