I thought after it was cut using standard ag practices, it was fair game. Just like a rice field. Now, an uncut field is a different story and those are the ones that really suck in the teal. However, you got the whole manipulation thing going with that if you hunt it.

Almost need a law degree to confirm if the field is baited or not.

I think you could plant and not cut then flood. But you better not be knocking it down or cutting any of it
