I work my own hours. I get up at 5ish. In work by 6 unless I work out. But the rest of the crowd doesn't show until 730-8. My boss is never in before 8. Her boss is in by 7. She has twin 3 year old girls so its not like she is snoozing.

It's not like you're going to become wealthy by waking up 3 hours early for your 40K a year job every day.
