The trustee tried to stop accepting payment, and were the ones responsible for getting a judge to deny the chapter 13. It was a mortgage that Capital 1 wanted to get the house instead if getting payment. It was very shady, but they had deeper pockets, so they almost got away with it.
ETA: No other negative items un the credit history, which is why this is such bullshite.
