How do you join two leagues on NFL.com?

We have 24 teams in my company league. I want to have two separate leagues, 12 teams each, and the winners of each play each other for the championship. And maybe the two runner-ups play for third.
Is this possible? I didn't really see an obvious method on the website.

First off, are the first group of 12 completely separate from the other group of 12, as in they have a separate draft? Like, two teams can have an Arian Foster?
Not really possible, Im assuming. Just make the playoffs start a week earlier, make two separate leagues and have a "mythical" championship.

Bump
So the two leagues are completely separate, 12 unique teams/managers in each. I decided to just do two standard leagues and then when each league plays their championship, the winner of the "super league" will be the winner with the highest champ game point total and the low point total champion will be second place in the "super league".
My new question is, can you view a league of which you are not a manager? In other words, people in league 1 want to look at the standings and stats for players in league 2, and/or vice versa. Is this possible?

We pay and use rtsports.com to do the exact format you are talking about.

Yea, I figured a pay site would have that option, but I didn't think I would get much support for that suggestion.
