I honestly don't know 4 of the race/religion terms.

And frankly, bad words in a British accent always sound so much more awesome.

Yid is probably for Jews, like "yiddish"
Not sure on pikey or wog.
And nip has at least been around since WWII for Japanese people.
ETA: after looking it up.
