There's a website that does pretty much this, except it doesn't allow the "owner" of the account to have access to the money like Paypal would (just in case some shady shite were to happen).
It's called Leaguesafe.com. Check it out...
That being said, I think making this a free league just to see how it goes for a year would be best though...
