I hate day games and I especially hate day games early in the season. Wear plenty of sunscreen, bring sunglasses and a baseball cap, stay hydrated by anything other than alcohol (or at least drink the alky in moderation). You will be fine. Tiger Stadium is too much fun to miss out on if you have the chance to catch a game.
