Your numbers are pretty close to reality....not sure why the other guys find that so ridiculous?

Water, gas, and electricity might be a little high...gasoline depends on what you're driving and how far each month.

I don't think we're talking about living an Amish lifestyle (not that there's anything wrong with that!)...

I'll give you that. It depends on if you water in the summer and if you have gas for heat in the winter. And the energy was a guess. I have a 1700 sq ft home and the most I have ever paid is $140. But I'm not in a 250k house either. So I guess that an extra 700-1000 sq ft would add about $100.
