I don't think it will ever happen.
With all of the security concerns surrounding big events, allowing people to just bring suitcases into the stadium just isn't practical. Way too much chance of a bad guy getting a bad idea.
Also, with all of the set back from the stadium that the new gates provide, it would become a nightmare to create separate lanes for those going to the game and those going to the suites. Of course, you could make it so that once you are inside the perimeter, you could go to either, but I don't think that is practical either since a lot of people will want to walk around the campus once they get settled in their room.
In theory, it's a great idea. It just isn't going to be worth the effort.

asbestos and lead paint abatement will be major arse pain...particularly in the original sections...
would really like to see hatcher, hodges and johnson with added floors and the lower floors rebuilt....at least to my eye, those dorms could support 3 or 4 more additional floors which could be set up as a more modern configuration...
