Accident report notes that O'Leary was speeding but they couldn't verify it. Also says people stated he was driving erratically.

Also says the driver of the Lexus was pretty pissed off.

You conveniently ignored the part where I said O'Leary was a crappy motorcycle rider and should have done a better job of avoiding the accident by braking earlier. But the accident was still the fault of the driver of the car.

If he had been going 25 mph over the speed limit it would have been far easier for the police to establish the dangerously excessive speed instead of the vague conclusion they came to. I spliced the video to better compare the speed of the white car and the motorcycle. It looks to me that O'Leary was going a little faster than the car.
