15 games (or 65--however you want to look at it) is a cheap price for MLB to pay to have a player basically validate the credibility of Anthony Bosch. They can use this against all the other players who want to try and discredit him. The other players are pretty much f*cked.
yuuuup

Player reax coming soon to the site but most surprising was from Gallardo, who was emphatic in his belief that Braun never took PEDs
quote:
Jonathan Lucroy said that before afternoon clubhouse meeting, Braun pulled several teammates aside to tell them he'd accepted a suspension.
quote:
Rickie Weeks said Braun was "somber" in the meeting, and Weeks got the sense he felt embarassed.

I know why they did it... Just saying it's retarded.
A-Rod is going to be suspended essentially for life (because he's so old) what makes it different for Braun? They are both pieces of shite.

well if you knew everything I told you, then you figure out why ARod is different.
Hint: Things are different, and will be for other players going forward.

It's all perception and portrayal. In simplistic terms, they are not much different than each other.
Both cheated and both lied.
Both cheated and both lied.

quote:thats what happens when 1 league, the NFL, is proactive in the rules against PEDs. They get the benefit of the doubt when players still cheat. They were preventive. When the other league lines their collective pockets as guys roid into 6'5 270lb, marble chiseled, 600 foot HR hitters and allow their "hallowed" numbers become inflated, you don't get the benefit of the doubt. And it's hard to take them seriously when virtually every power hitter tests positive for PEDs
the best part of all of this, is that MLB gets crucified for the juice, yet the NFL, which is probably 70?80%++ juicers and no one makes a peep. They have guys, who are stupid, get popped yearly, and no one makes a peep. No outrage, no out cry
quote:false. There's what? Allegedly 20 names on the biogenesis report? No one cares about the bottom 18 guys on that list, just the 2 former MVPs hitting on top. Both whom are repeat offenders.
1 Hispanic juices up and he's taken to the woodshed

There's rumblings that ARod interfered with the proceedings.
Interfering and lying > lying
So its not exactly equal ground

Of course MVPs are going to draw the most publicity, but there's all stars on that list. People are still going to care when more penalties start to come down.

That is probably from the most recent Miami New Times article. They reported that the person that originally stole the documents sold them to a man who bought them on Arod's behalf and turned them over to Arod's people.
Unfortunately for Arod, it was a copy of the original documents and the originals were later stolen from the man who stole them the first time. Possibly by people working for MLB as MLB got the original documents right after the smash and grab job from the guy's car.

No one could have interfered more than Melky, I mean he created a fake website to throw MLB off
Posted on 7/23/13 at 7:04 am to tduecen
yea, you can't put anything on the Internet that isn't true. this puts the MLB in quite a pickle
Posted on 7/23/13 at 7:05 am to tduecen
Yeah, Melky really didn't think things through very well at all.

That is his favorite commercial I bet.....

sorry, every time I hear Braun say he's been proven innocent in that press conference, I just die laughing. he got off on a technicality. meaning he was not proven guilty. that doesn't mean he was proven innocent. makes it so much better to get caught again
