4 or 6 packs for the 12 to 16 oz cans or bottles. It depends on what it is but the price range is anywhere from 8-15 bucks probably. They're is also bombers which are 22 oz and 750ML bottles available that range anywhere from probably around 4 bucks doe the cheap stuff on up to 30+ for the rare stuff
Some places, like calandros. break up six packs and you can buy single bottles of stuff to try a good variety

Both. I typically go build a couple 6 packs and buy a couple big bottles. If I really like the beer I'll buy a 4/6 pack of it. Best piece of advice I can offer is to go to a store and take your time a build a 6 pack with 6 different styles. You may not like one or or two of them, but when you do find something you do like its a little piece of heaven.
