Yes, that is what we did. If you are not in the player pool when our draft starts, then you cannot be drafted or added until the supplemental draft.

Any other rule changes or pressing matters that needs to be discussed?

Personally, I would like to wait to start the draft until the Bale and Suarez situations get cleared up. They would be top three picks if they stayed.

I will not be very available most of next week. I might not have access to a computer much either, but I can do it from a mobile phone I guess. I would not be able to run the draft. If we start next week, someone else would have to be in charge of the draft.
