Atl has more people than the entire state of louisiana. Sure there is talent in LA, but you cant fill a whole team that can compete for sec titles with LA talent alone.


Per capita is the key word. LA will never be as loaded as GA, TX, FL, CA.

And in some years LA is down and other states like MS and AL might be up.
