It is my understanding that Chatman is ineligible. Since he also lives in two LHSAA attendance zones (Covington and St Pauls) his school of first choice was St Pauls. Since it is listed as SPS he cannot transfer AWAY from his school of first choice and be eligible. Brumfield is transfering TO his school of first choice and is therefore eligible. It is my understanding that the Chatman family will have to move attendance zones for him to play football this year.

So if this is the case, how was Brumfield eligible to play his 10th grade year after he was kicked out of SPS?

And speaking of which, how is SPS gonna let him attend SPS again after he was kicked out 2 years ago?
