Thanks for that link. We will be brewing a Pliny kit in a few weeks and it's good to see what he has to say about it.

I know this has been covered before, but do you guys typically dry hop in a hop bag or just toss the pellets/cones in then cold crash before bottling/kegging?

I've been doing the hop bags, but am considering the just-toss-em-in method for my Citra IPA that's ready for the dry hopping tonight or tomorrow.
