Hmm, maybe I got the two confused.

Let me point out that I let it go for 5-7 days. So I was just passing that info (albeit mis-credited) along.

same here, I typically dry hop 5-7 days @ between 67-69F.

Here is an interesting article by Vinnie Cilurzo that was in Zymurgy a few years back. I think this was right after Russian River opened their new brewery, so he may have changes his processes since then.
