The instant replays are never right. One time I reviewed a catch where the WR caught it with both feet out of bounds and it was clear as day on the replay, and they still ruled it a completed pass. Happens every time, they always get the replays wrong.

Yeah using coach's challenge doesn't seem to help much.

How is this different from any replay in Alabama?

why the frick would a football sim have instant replay reviews? the game knows what happened, it shouldn't need to insert pseudo "human error" into the match.
