So they do it in every single case, every single time?
Da requests revocation every time a defendant receives new charges. A condition of all probation is "to refrain from any and all other criminal conduct"
They usually continue the revocation until the new charges have a disposition. At that point Judge will usually tell the lawyers what his thought is on revocation. If the judge doesnt want to revoke, then the defendant just stipulates to the violation, receives some form of probation increase (extension, special conditions such as anger management of drug testing), and recieves a one time 402 or "technical violation"
this should happen in this case. I doubt Hill pled this early after charges were officially filed without already knowing he wouldnt be revoked in the original case.

Will be good to see some of the younger guys get more PT early if he is suspended for a few games.

What younger guys? Hill's the only RB that's a sophomore and no freshmen.

Possibly Brazil...Backups would be a better term.
Maybe he'll benefit from watching Blue and Hilliard rack up huge chunks of yds. LSU isn't going to miss a beat without him if he sits a few games. Hopefully the embarrassment of the bitch hit will be enough to deter another event.

Yep, if he's out 2-4 weeks this could be a plus for both LSU and Hill.

Hills lawyer made a deal with the judge that if he plead guilty, no jail time and extended probation, anger management class, and community service. He will be reinstated and probably miss tcu. This was told to me by 2 separate sources very close to the program.

Well I love LSU so yeah I'll BR happy if he plays and helps the team. Why wouldn't I?
I said Im fine with whatever Miles decides to do. I don't wish him ill, just don't like him based on his laughing after his buddy sucker punched some guy. The fight doesn't bother me. I've been there, in that exact parking lot a few times actually , just thought his attitude after was pretty trashy imo, especially seeing as how he knows he's on probation and there's a camera right in his face. It appears he gave zero fricks about any consequences about the situation he found himself in.
Not saying I don't want him to succeed in life, just not on my list of favorite LSU players

Thanks for the info red.
Just wish they could move the VOP hearing up. Having that on 8/16 just two weeks before the season makes me nervous.
Would like to know for sure earlier than that.

I don't know if you went to the Spring game, but I'll just say this. Hill looked like a man among boys. Hilliard looked like he's quit. And it's anybody's guess if Blue will return to preinjury form.

Does this keep him from leaving school early?
If on probation, can he move from the state to play pro ball?

Both Blue and Hilliard need the touches.

What medical bills does $375 buy you. I don't think you can even gaze at the doctor's clipboard for $375.
Yeah, yeah...I know it's the portion only the guy had to pay.
