Because it was 7:30 and the trade hadnt processed.
Again, I'm taking the stance to nullify the deal. I don't see how you can call me fishy.
I lose TWO starting running backs in a 12-team league - I can't play them at all, if the trade is processed after kickoff of the Pats - Jets game.

I get what you're saying...I just wouldn't have assumed that I would have Richardson on Sunday when I just traded him. JMO.

I don't think its fishy or anything, but I do agree with Drake in the fact that I always push trades through rather quickly. What if I would have pushed the trade through tomorrow? You didn't say anything in here stating that 'If the trade isn't pushed through before kickoff, I intend to start Drich this weekend'. The whole time I was under the impression that this trade was executed with understanding that it would reflect weekend games.

It would be easier if he was a legitimate starting running back...He's not the clear cut choice over T. Austin or Moreno, imo.
TTT doesn't know that you were actually planning on going with Powell if no Richardson, which is what makes it fishy/a difficult situation.
