I would recommend watching some reviews from your go to sites, as I am biased
UC 1 was early gen, so the graphics were not as on par with 2 and 3, but the story was pretty much out of and Indiana Jones, National Treasure movie. At the time I really enjoyed it. The gameplay is average, but I really didn't think about it all too much because everything going on around me.
#2 was pretty much UC1 with a different story line and a lot bigger budget. My personal favorite out of the 3.
#3 had the best graphics but was overall OK, not fantastic.

If you like what ND did with TLoU, you should enjoy Uncharted.

I'm asking about the MP. I know about the stories. Explore, kill 90 people, have 30 seconds to collect ammo, kill another 120 people, jump off a train..............
