I don't really think you classify Saints Row or GTA as a RPG. It's an open world game, but I'd say it's an action or third person shooter.

Other categories:

Best Puzzle Game
Best Platformer
Best WRPG
Best JRPG
Best Strategy Game

Then you can get away from genres and into:

Best Writing
Best OST
Most Underrated
Most Overrated

etc.
