Also, do you plan on water cooling or anything? that can increase power draw and a lot of people say that if you are planning on SLI or water cooling then it is worth the one time investment to buy a nice high wattage psu than buy one now and again down the road. I know you're getting your feet wet but if you were dead set on that at some point then that would factor into my psu choice.

I would only water-cool if the Evo couldn't keep the temp down. I don't see myself overclock soon so i don't think i will need water coolers.
