At Bistro Daisy? That's odd, wouldn't think the cargos and crocks crowd would be there. 99% of the time it seems like people are dresses appropriately at the more upscale NO restaurants outside of the quarter.

I agree that's usually the case .. don't see near as much bullshite outfits at places like Lilette, Bistro, Coquette, etc. I think this was just a one-off. He was the only guy in there in shorts, I'm sure he felt a little embarrassed. He and his wife seemed like out of towners too based on the little eaves dropping I did.
