Quick rundown of my brew day so far
Started at 4
Couldn't get the regulator on my buff burner to work so using a smaller one
Got distracted hearing my strike water and let it get to 180
Finally got it cooled and mashed in at 4:45
Cooked supper; grilled salmon and mushrooms and pineapple rice
Just finished the sparge, about to start the boil
Didn't think to get the kettle on the burner and sparge into a bucket this time so lost some time there
