I've been using a lot of Maris Otter as well. It makes up 75% of my grain bill in my coffee vanilla porter and over 30% in my latest pale ale. In fact, I'm going to brew a SMaSH with it and an experimental hop variety (working name Nuggetzilla) this weekend.
