Finished up the two session brew day. Pretty excited about the funky beer we brewed. Opening up the mash tun after the 24 hr sour was a fun experience. Hopefully this will work out as planned and will make an appearance at the VIP night of wyes

Going to just add the juice next weekend when I put it into the carboy
