I don't care much about not having to get off my couch (I'll be holding the controller anyway) but I think some of the biometric data it can supposedly collect could be used for interesting game experiences.

I can picture a game where the difficulty adjusts depending on how high or low the player's heart rate is. Maybe a survival horror game that gives the player defined peaks and valleys of intensity based off of that data.

"Okay, the giant spider didn't illicit any response from the player so let's stop using that enemy type. However, the zombie trapeze artist sent his pulse through the roof so spawn lots of those for the next enemy encounter."
