Need help turning image into Vector file.

Almighty Farkers, I am an almost daily lurker to this board and have seen a lot of great work from y'all. I am putting together some signs for a National Guard golf tournament. The sign maker said he needs vector files and I have no clue how to create them. There are 5 of them I will need help with. Any takers?? Let me know and I will email you the images.
