renovations to what???? the old east upper deck wasn't completed until 1978. so what renovations did they begin? i don't think prior to 1978 that anything but the scoreboards were ever improved since at least 1957.

Thats what Pete finney said....lots of maintenance work I think....

As for why we quit playing them...they wanted too many home games....they screwed LSU on process in Nola


I went to 8 games at tulane in 72 and 73

Except for the LSU games....it was dang near empty
