Haven't read the entire interview from today, but it seems like he's on his way out. I think today was the last straw for the fan base. They're turning on him everywhere I look.

thats why I'm trying not to read too much... He's running out of places to go to...
RM are still the biggest possibility (I kid about Bayern, since it appears they have Lewa set for next season)... I think the club will stand strong on their valuation and preference not to sell him to another EPL club... I'd rather take less £, than sell him to another EPl club..

So would I. Especially to a club that will likely compete for the same exact spot we are going after (Arsenal). If we sell him in England we should accept no less than 50. Hopefully that will deter that idea very quickly.

He won't be sold domestically. If he is, it will be the biggest mistake FSG/Rodgers ever make. Zero possibility in my opinion they would be that shortsighted.

a lot of reports I've seen have mentioned a £40m buyout. surely that's not true or else he'd be Real's already.

Pretty sure it's true. I don't think he's at the top of Madrid's list. Depending on what happens with Higuain, Madrid may not go for him at all. There has been zero interest reported from them recently.

if it's £40m then there's nothing Rodgers or the owners can do to stop him from going domestically to Chelsea or Arsenal (assuming his new reason for wanting to leave, cl play, is true) other than pray. or offer him a stupid big pay raise.

I love Suarez. Whatever happens happens, but I will always cherish the moments I got to watch him play in Red. Sucks we couldn't give him CL. Such a wonderful player.
