Nope, I refuse to get my hopes up for this team quite yet. I'll be cautiously optimistic till we get close to full strength. I believe in all our players, but we need some injury luck. Tactically we have shown more nous, our attacking patterns are more diverse, and we are deep everywhere on the pitch except striker. This team is very good, but our damn injury luck makes me cautious. This is the best team we've had since 2007 and we were awesome that season until Eduardo got hurt, at which point we threw the season.

We've been amazing this season, showing more creativity in attack and grit in D, but the memory of 2007 and then subsequent collapses in 09 and 10 due to similar injury crises makes me hesitant.

shite, im just excited. Long way to go, but this team is amazing to watch rt now. Im going to believe we will get some back from injury and that Ramsey will stay on form the rest of the season.

Still no reason to think we won't contend. As a Saints fan I don't expect a super bowl and acknowledge some pretty debilitating headwinds regarding the OL. I still have every reason to believe they will make a run and enjoy the ride.

We are somewhat thin at key positions, but to approach a season and brilliant run as if we are on the precipice of utter collapse seems a bit negative to me.
