Weight of the Tiger Nation

Imagine being one of those young LSU players on that field today and feel the pressure of the entire Tiger Nation being on your shoulders! The outcome of what you do causes millions of dollars to be spent, makes usually normal people scream awful things, and win or lose its something you'll carry in your heart the rest of your life. Now get behind our team, cheer for them the whole game, and applaud them in the end - whatever the outcome! Geaux Tigers!!

The Tigers are in the world series facing an elimination game...
I have hidden in the shadows long enough...
its time...
ETA: already behind the tigers, but i doubt many of the players and/or the coach feel this way during the season and games.
I think they may think of these things after the season but in reality they mainly think about the effect their play has on the team because these guys are best friends.
While they love winning for fans, for most it comes as second to their brothers on the team

Ahhhh the pressures of representing a big time school. You are right. Back them win or lose. I have a trip riding on the wins to come. Come on Tiger's.

This. I love LSU. Living up north, I feel like I become even more tied to LSU's success, since it serves as a reminder of where I'm from. But, I must say, that some of these people scare me. Do they have lives? Hell, that being said,
