So is Rondo just invisible in all of this conversation?

I think Hawks has the best chance to get both of them and also if they like they can put Horford in a trade for a high draft pick if they want.

Rondo was still pretty young when Boston won the title. It was in the year or two after the he became the best player on the team, because like I said, all the other guys are old as frick.

IIRC Boston got Garnett and Allen through trades, not FA
So it's cool if a team obtains players through trades, but it's not cool if a team clears cap space through trades in order to sign free agents?

and the whole time you pretty much knew it was 3 aging guys that just wanted one title.
Every player is aging and wants titles. What difference does it make it the guys coming together are a little older? They were still good enough to win a title and their window to win one was open about as long as the Heat's big 3 window will be.

One of those guys is already out of there, and is playing for who else, but the Heat.
And?

When you've got a bunch of superstars agreeing to sign in one place, yes it is

Not true. Their window closed last year after 4 years. This is year 3 for the Heat. You think their window is closed next year?
ETA: That's not right, but you get the point

Its getting tighter because of Wade's decline and Bosh's Boschness.

But it's cool when those superstars push for trades?
KG and Allen both wanted out before they went to Boston.

The current big 3's window is closing. They won't be together much longer.

Superstars coming together for one common goal and putting their agendas aside is no longer cool?

As much shite as we give Bosh, he's not THAT bad. When you play with both Lebron and Wade, your stats are going to be deflated. Besides, all they have to do from here on out is just don't push Wade too hard during the regular season and make sure he's healthy for the playoffs

Did the demand to be traded to Boston together?

Moreso for financial reasons than anything else

Bosh makes me laugh, but its more of a laughing at him than with him. I actually think Lebron is the least douchey. Bosh and Wade think they're hot shite and try to act like its their team even though they're playing 2nd fiddle to Lebron (except on rare nights like last night)
