You removed the pitcher of the decade, in Jack Morris

jack morris was not the pitcher of the decade and Nolan Ryan is wildly over-rated

Dale Murphy was a two time MVP of the 1980s (and it is a crime he's not in the HOF) who I'd take over Eddie Murray even though I love Eddie Murray

Jack Morris won the most games during the 80s, Hershiser & Clemens were great pitchers that pitched in the 80s. Clemens won 105 games in the 80s, Hershier won 108, while Morris threw 133 complete games during the same span.

Eddie Murray is a HOF 1st baseman, that played in the 80s. Dale Murphy isn't a HOF, nor did he play 1st base in the 80s.
