She should be worried. This mvp twist really was bad news for her but now that she won the first one, she's screwed.
The rest of the house, now knowing she's Rachel's sister, will want her out big time now. She has the potential to win a lot of future mvp's because of her sister.

Elissa knows the whole house wants her out or will put her up after POV. Since she has MVP and can nominate anyone for third nominee, she should nominate herself. It would guarantee she plays for veto. If not she may not play for veto and will go up anyways after.
