PS - 4th place Is the "intercontinental playoff" a one match or home/home series?
Also, is round 4 the last round of qualifying? (I read the qualifying rules but still cant quite get it)

Yes this is it. the hexagonal is 6 teams, home and away against each team. Top 3 go, 4th to the playoff.
