re: My Confession - Microwave Red Snapper

I watched my father-in-law cook a couple crabs in the microwave once. He cleaned them (pulled shell and gills, clipped legs), cut them in half with scissors, and microwaved them in italian dressing, hot sauce, and salt/pepper. Said he started doing in when living in hotels working out of town. It's not as good as a boiled crab, but it is something different.
