Here's a good article on one of Homme's other bands, The Eagle of Death Metal.

An interesting note from the article indicates that we may not be waiting another 7 years for the next QOTSA album. In fact, we could have it within a year or so.
Anyone else annoyed that the Grammy's gave album of the year to Led Zeppelin for a live album? Such a joke.

I never did care much for Eagles of Death Metal.
On the follow up to Like Clockwork...
I always thought bands should release things quicker.... keep that lighting in a bottle captured. Mars Volta is a perfect example of that analogy.
Oh and Homme on Portlandia LOLz
