Lucy's surprises me... I know they have the capability bc they got the VooDoo playoff game stream off of Ustream. maybe they have the wrong provider?
Juan's in Arabi put the Chalmette/West Monroe stream on for our fans who couldn't travel there in 2010, and I know the owner personally and he's a big Tiger fan

Lucy's Retired Surfers Bar and Restaurant on Tchoupitoulas Street, Gordon Biersch Brewery on Poydras Street, The Bulldog-Uptown on Magazine Street, Manning's at Harrah's Casino, Cooter Brown's on South Carrollton Avenue, Monkey Hill Bar on Magazine and Hooters-Metairie on Veterans Boulevard all will be without the Tigers this weekend.
These places are owned and/or managed by complete and total morons. Hooking up a laptop to stream the games is something a child can do these days. It's so laughable.
