No it's not.

Any GOAT discussion must be directed towards one of two categories:
1) Peak level of play (think Alien Test)
2) Career accomplishments (think two 11 year olds reading wikipedia pages)

Trying to conflate these two very different ideas results in pages upon pages of mindless drivel that makes any participant significantly dumber for having participated.

So while you wait 10 years just so you can print out two fricking wikipedia pages and compare the contents contained therein, people who aren't abject morons will be discussing consideration #1.

Consideration #1 is the more interesting question anyway.

And, yes, Lebron is the best basketball player who has ever lived. But i'll acknowledge that it's a close call.
