honestly, it will probably depend on how easy it is to start streaming. if it is like how I hope it will be where you just have to click a button on your PS4/controller then why not stream?
but if it messes with my frame rate/makes me lag then I probably won't do it at all.

It won't mess with frame rates probably but you can count on it making you lag.
