Stick grip question:
Bare, grip tape, or gloves?
I started playing 5A and would lose my grip, so I switched to 5B and held them better. But, still would have my right hand slip on fills. I wrapped my sticks and now I'm blistering! Argh. Guess I need the pain to gain.

In my experience, slippage is inevitable (however, I worry much more about breakage). I played with taped fingers (used cloth medical tape).

5Bs feel like I'm playing with baseball bats. 7A or Steve Jordan Sigs for me. Never had a slipping issue. I typically play traditional grip more than match grip, idk if that makes a difference or not.

Bare. I've never even really thought about using tape or gloves, although I probably should have back in the day. It would've prevented a lot of nasty blood-blisters...
